Peacefully at Extendicare Peterborough on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 in his 100th year. Beloved husband of the late Beryl (1998). Cherished father of Herbert (Denise), Robert, Victoria Detler, Deborah Armitage (Paul) and the late Audrey Armitage. Proud grandfather of Greg, Mark, Jennifer, Michael, Diana, Patricia and Vicki-Joe. Great grandfather of many as well as nieces and nephews. Survived by his brother Bud Tripp. Predeceased by brothers: Steve, Mossum, Herbert, Elmer and Thomas; sisters: Edna Ball, Ruby Pellerin, Dora Perrit and Myrtle Williamson.
