Ronald Glen Worr

Surrounded by the love of family, after a valiant battle with the relentless opponent of ALS. Ron passed from this life to the next May 21, 2024 under the incredible and compassionate care of PRHC’s palliative care team.

Ronnie will forever be remembered for his, humour, tenacity, love of sport and the outdoors, together with his affection and dedication to both family and friend.

Ron will be loved deeply and missed always by sons Michael Worr (Danyell), Steven Worr (Victoria), His beloved Grandchildren, Hannah, Owen, Emma, Jaxon, and Austin, Devoted Brother Dave Worr (Debbie) as well as his many cherished Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, cousins and Friends. Predeceased by Parents Austin and Norma Worr (nee Gillis), Sister and Brother-in-law Ronnie and Sharon Fallis (nee Worr) and Fellow parent to sons Michael and Steven Debbie (nee Carney). Services will be held with Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre356 Rubidge Street Peterborough, ON Monday May 27, 2024 Visitation: 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm. Funeral Service in the chapel Tuesday May 28, 2024 1 pm. Interment to follow. St. John's Anglican Church Cemetery, 1758 County Rd. 10, Cavan. Memorial gathering Millbrook Legion Branch 402, 9 King Street East Millbrook. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the ALS SOCIETY OF CANADA or Any charity of choice of friend and family.
