October 12, 1945 – June 30, 2024
Passed away peacefully at the Warkworth Bridge Hospice, surrounded by her family after a lengthy battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Peter for 62 years. Dear mother of Beth (Jamie) Hunt, Lyle, Doug (Lori), Steve and Ken (Jaime). Loving grandmother of Dacia Miles, PJ Le Conte, Emily, Paige, Ava and Danielle Runions. Predeceased by her parents Arnold and Jean Beatty and her brother George (Diane) Beatty. She will be greatly missed by her best friend Becky (Keith) Wallace, her brother and sisters in law as well as many nieces and nephews.
Shirley loved to knit, read, socialize and watch her favourite gameshow, the Price is Right. She enjoyed spending time with her family most of all.

As per Shirley’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday July 13, 2024 from 1-4pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Campbellford Branch 103.
