Like the song says, "how do I  say goodbye". I don't know, but I do have a funny memory. It was the day Randy was buried. I remember telling you how handsome my Luna cousins looked that day. You leaned over said, "thank you prima, but you know I'm the most handsome!" I nodded and just said yes. RIP to "the most handsome of my primos". Much love to my Luna family. 

Just right off the bat Adolph me as well as others in this world as lost a great friend..
      This is hard to take  in my friend.
        Man all that comes into my mind dude is When we were small.
          Your mom and dad my mom and dad best friends as far as I can remember ;(and yes at 61 I still have my memories )remember the time will be at your house from your house outside in a little bit a garage or whatever it was back in the days beautiful memories,Yes memories this tragic time but to be able to experience that even more great in the sense of being able to share that with a good friend like you,agin  what can I say you are ;GREATLY MISSED:

AO1 Luna we met at my second command VA-155 Silverfoxs on board the USS Ranger CV-61 during the 1st Gulf War he was AO 2 he was a great supervisor with strong leadership and caring he was one who supervised with honor dignity and compassion our first time meeting was the day I landed on board ship during General Quarters and was very welcoming to me our love for Spanish Music Los Tigeres Del Norte Moon you will be missed you are loved it was an honor to have served with you my final salute to you we have the watch RIP

Adolph (Moon) Luna worked for me in two different commands, as a young Sailor.  I saw a selfless individual who was always ready to lend a helping hand to his fellow shipmates.  Always eager to learn new things and always dependable, when Moon was on it, you knew it was done right.  The world is a little darker, without "the Moon".  Rest well shipmate, we have the watch, you are relieved.  Gunner Wasy, CWO3, USN Ret.

We met 36 years ago when we checked into VA-128 Golden Intruders.Became instant friends through our love of heavy metal. Became roommates for 5 years.Deployed to Desert Storm with VA-155 Silver Foxes and lost 2 brothers. My best man my first marriage. We just reconnected after 26 in Oct. '20 and saw each other in June. I will miss our 4 hour talks and the help you gave me.You will never be forgotten my brother. Love you brother. 

 AO1 Luna was a great Sailor and mentor… Very honorable and a man of high character. Very positive energy. He was one of the few people on the Iwo Jima that taught me the importance of working hard while also being a good person. 

My deepest prayers and condolences go out to his family.

I can’t express how sad I feel hearing he has passed away! I served with him and had many laughs. I enjoyed listening to everything he had to offer for advice both as a friend and shipmate. I wish I could take away your pain, but I can’t, he would say it’s going to be ok!  Condolences and may he Rest In Peace! I will miss you brother AO!

What an amazing friend Adolph was to me! I met him threw his sister Sylvia and Robby (my cousin). We worked together at Graftech and GM. I was blessed to know him. We worked nights at GM and many times driving home we chatted with each other , he always talked about his family and how much he loved and missed them. A very talented man, a special friend. He will be missed. RIP dear friend 🙏🙏🙏
