Anthony Ruedas, 50, a lifelong resident of Austin passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 6, 2021. He was born on January 16, 1971 in Austin, Texas to Monica Alvarado and Jesse Ruedas. He was the proud co-founder and former co-owner of Ironman Moving Company, meeting many that became good friends and loyal customers. He loved watching sports with his four sons, and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends at the yearly Texas/OU tailgate in Dallas, Texas. He was a true Longhorn fan. While challenged with many obstacles, he never looked for sympathy but sought out to assist others with similar issues, even encouraging those that despite a minor setback, life was going to be okay. He lived life to the fullest and loved many. His family and friends are what made Anthony content and happy. He also loved spending time with his granddaughters Gia and Emma Ruedas.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Jennifer Ruedas, sons Michael Ruedas(Drea), Anthony Ruedas(Kayla), Justin Ruedas and Dylan Ruedas. Granddaughters Gia Ruedas and Emma Ruedas. Mother, Monica, sisters, Yvonne Barber(Jeff), Yvette Ruedas(Eddie), Nannette Salazar(Felix) and step mother Frances Ruedas. He had numerous nieces, and nephews whom he loved very much. He is preceded in death by his father Jesse Ruedas, grandparents Jose and Santos Ruedas and Valentino and Ramona Alvarado. We are grateful for the time and many loving memories we have to cherish.
