Audrey Polchies

Born in Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada on May 17, 1928; she was 92 years old.

In 1951 Audrey and Harold moved to the Fairfield County area where they lived and brought up their

family for a number of years. She was predeceased by her husband, Harold; they were married for 55

years. In 1988, they retired and spent several happy years “air-streaming” across the United States and

Canada visiting family and friends along the way. Audrey enjoyed gardening (She was a Master

Gardener), quilting, and painting.

Audrey is survived by her brother, Frederick Bull who still lives in Woodstock, NB, Canada. She also has

three surviving daughters: Brenda Helfin of Somerset, NJ; Susan Nuttall of Stratford, CT; Laurlea and her

husband, Mark Peczeniuk of Leander, TX. Audrey was blessed with five grandchildren: Drew Helfin of

Somerville, NJ; Jennifer Canepari of Trumbull, CT; Harold Nuttall of Bridgeport, CT; Marisha Nowa and

Christy Peczeniuk both of Leander, TX. There also are six great-grandchildren: Elijah Samaha, Joshua

Peczeniuk and Lily Howard; Jared Canepari; Harold and Sienna Nuttall.

No services are planned at this time per current CDC restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

A private service will be determined at a later time in 2021.
