Billy was preceeded in death by his wife of 39 years, Rosa S. Carnline, parents, and siblings. He is survived by his six children, Petra Williams (John), Ophelia Santiago, Rudy Morales (Neomi), Julian Carnline (Irene Cerda), Andrew Carnline, and Robert Carnline (Carmen). He also leaves 20 grandchildren, and 38 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins to cherish his memory.
The first time that Billy saw our Mom, Rosa he asked his friend Wendell Hayes, "Who is that lady?" Billy told Wendell, "I want to meet her" and Wendell told Billy, "She has six children." Billy replied, "I don't care, she has the best set of legs I have ever seen." Their courtship was 4 months. In those 39 years they shared together he was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and a friend to many. We were so blessed and honored to have him in our lives. He loved fishing, playing pool, and was an excellent carpenter by trade. Above all he had an unconditional love for his family, his dog, Joy, his friends, and neighbors. He touched the lives of many.
They say he is resting in peace, however; knowing our mama they are now rejoicing and dancing with the angels.
This is not a goodbye, we will see you again Daddy!
Love,
Your children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren
