Cary Acevedo

Cary had a gift of helping others and touched so many lives through her counseling in the recovery world. She enjoyed spending time with her family, spiritual getaways, weekend excursions with close girlfriends, and beach trips.

Cary was a loving wife, mother, Gigi, sister, aunt, and friend.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert; daughter Nikki Cromeans; pet-son Bandit; brother Steve Lewis (Denise); stepfather Sammy Snodgrass; stepdaughters Jamie Doyle (Landon), Jenny Denis (Arturo), and Jackie Pope (Zachary); grandchildren CJ, Noah, Becca, Indy, Cristian, Miles, and Skye; nieces Amanda, Taylor, Christina, and Juliette; along with countless friends.

Cary is preceded in death by her Mother Ellen, father Steve, and brother Jeff.

Special thanks go out to the honorary pallbearers for their loving support: Tobey Ramirez, Timi Shurley, Mary Pieper, Erin Burns, Debbi Silage, Cheri Morgan, and Tina Langhan Mitchell.

A Celebration of Cary's life will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. For information about directions, please call 512-251-4118.
