

Cleo received his education through AISD and went to Old Anderson High School.
He accepted Christ at an early age being baptized in the river by St. Edwards Baptist Church. Cleo had various forms of employment. He worked at Covert Buick and retired in 1993 after over twenty-five years of service. He continued living life to the fullest. He was an avid golf player, listening to him regale stories of his golf game he could give Tiger Woods a run for his money. He also loved playing cards, especially tunk and poker. His house was known as “The Spot.” Friday nights will never be the same.
Cleo was a playful, funny, energetic and well loved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He was proceeded in death by his parents, brothers Albert Mickey and Milton Williams, sister Daisy Jackson and a special friend Joyce Henderson.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Bobbie of Cedar Creek, Texas, children Terry (Carolyn) of Lockhart, Texas, Robert (Linda), Tiffany and Cleo Jr. (Ramonica) of Cedar Creek, Texas, Russell Carter, Keith Carter (Yvette), Rickye Henderson and Ursula Henderson of Austin, Texas, grandchildren Vanessa (Rodney Mendez), Cameosha (Jamin Jones), Porscha, Crystala, TyRon, Nicholas, Kaylyn and Cleo III, great-grandchildren Jasmin, Ciara, Adrian, Riley and King, sisters Sarah Dunan, Myrtle Lee Franklin and Ida Wilson, brother Johnny (Mary) all of Austin, Texas as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
