She was born on August 20, 1926 in Victoria, Texas to Roy and Aritea (Carpenter) Plummer.
She is survived by her six children, Margaret Gregory, Laurel Smith, Roy Neil, Cheryl Pronechen, Kathy Neil and Robert Neil; fourteen grandchildren; thirty-four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service for Colleen will be held Monday, October 18, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Cook Walden – Memorial Hill, 13700 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660.
