Dallas Heimann, age 29, passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025, in Austin, Texas. He was born on September 30, 1995, in Austin to Melinda Villarreal and Dan Heimann, and lived his life as a proud Texan and true Austinite.
Dallas was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Crispin Villarreal Jr., and his paternal grandparents, Marvin and Viola Heimann, along with many friends and extended family who welcomed him home.
Dallas was a devoted uncle who cherished every moment with his nephews. He never missed a T-ball game, always looked forward to Thursday dinners, and filled weekends with joy by spending as much time as possible with them. Whether pushing the boys around the block on the riding toys he had brought home with them in mind or playing in the yard, he found every way possible to brighten their days, leaving behind memories of love, happiness, and laughter.
As a child, Dallas was a natural athlete. He ran like the wind, earning the “Flying Spikes” award at the Baseball Super Series World Series tournament. No matter the sport, skateboarding, baseball, football, or basketball, he had a gift for picking things up with ease. More than his talents, though, what set Dallas apart was his heart. He lived with love and kindness, always putting others first and caring deeply for those around him. He often said he helped others because he “would hope someone would do the same for his family if he wasn’t around.”
Throughout much of his adult life, Dallas dedicated himself to caring for his grandparents. He cooked, cleaned, managed laundry, and made sure their medicine was taken. The quiet acts of service showed his deep love and selflessness for his family.
Dallas is survived by his mother, Melinda Villarreal; his father, Dan Wade Heimann; his grandmother, Frances Villarreal; his brothers, Marcos Heimann and his partner Maria Schwab, and Zachary Heimann and his partner Arianna Aleman; his beloved nephews, Anthony, Marcos, and David Heimann; his close aunt and uncle, Sam and Christine Brister, Steven and Sherri Villarreal; along with many other aunts, uncles, and extended family who loved him dearly.
A memorial service for Dallas will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Ih-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
