

Elizabeth Beltran Dominguez age 66, of Round Rock, Texas, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2026, surrounded by love. A devoted mother and grandmother, Elizabeth’s greatest joy in life was caring for her grandchildren. They were her pride and her purpose. Her world revolved around being their grandma. She poured her heart into those she loved, and her presence brought comfort, laughter, and a deep sense of togetherness.
Elizabeth was known for her warm smile, big heart, and generous, uplifting spirit. She had a special way of making everyone around her feel seen and cared for, and her kindness left a lasting impression on all who knew her. Her faith in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, was the foundation of her life and guided her with strength, hope, and grace.
Despite facing health challenges, Elizabeth embraced life fully and loved to travel whenever she could. Her happiest moments were spent at the beach, where she found peace and joy by the water. She was also an avid supporter of the Dallas Cowboys and never missed an opportunity to cheer for her team, proudly proclaiming, “How about them Cowboys.”
Elizabeth treasured family activities and the simple moments of togetherness that created lasting memories. Her love, faith, and unwavering devotion to her family will be cherished forever and carried on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
Elizabeth (Liz) was preceded in death by her father Gilbert D. Beltran Sr and mother Angelita M. Beltran.
She is survived by her loving children, Raynaldo Dominguez and Leticia Dominguez along with her grandchildren Leighsa Marie Dominguez (spouse Mia), Aaliyah Grace Barron (spouse Miguel), Damien Ray Dominguez, godson David Jr, siblings Arturo Beltran (wife Linda), Gilbert Beltran Jr (wife Dora), David James Beltran, Cynthia Beltran, Lydia Isabel Beltran, Peter Paul Beltran, James A. Beltran, (wife Lindsey) Stephanie D. Beltran.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026 viewing from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m., 6:30 to 7:00 p.m., there will be an opportunity for anyone who would like to share memories of their time spent with Liz, followed by funeral service 7:00 to 7:45 p.m. and our final goodbyes from 7:45 to 8:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
In honor of Liz’s love for the Dallas Cowboys, guests are kindly invited to wear Dallas Cowboys attire or their colors to the visitation.
Elizabeth’s kindness, faith, and love will continue to inspire all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
