It has been almost a year since you left us . Still feels like a dream to me . Miss going over to your house to visit and sit with you and talk for hours . Every time we would leave you would stand in the driveway and smile and wave goodbye.  I can still see this so clearly in my mind . I love you mom and miss you dearly . Say hello to dad and give him a hug from all of us .

Its been almost a year since you passed and you are thought of often. Sandy needs you now more than ever, with Jim passing away this morning. This is the second Christmas your family is without you and especially hard for Sandy today. Please somehow comfort her and the girls as well as all of your kiddos during this difficult time of year. Merry heavenly Christmas, Flo. Tell Chuck Merry Christmas too. We love you guys and will see you in time.

The Flo I Know

The Flo I know had a gracious heart
She touched my soul right from the start

We send our deepest sympathy to all the Farber Family for the loss of their terrific Mother.  We will always treasure our friendship and memories of her and your Dad. They were a great team. We were all stationed at March AFB in California together and had many great times. The most important thing in Flo's life was to be a good Mother and wife. The Lord bless her and keep her always. My family and I are sorry for your loss. Florence (she instructed us to call her Flo) was an amazing woman. We lived next door to her and Chuck on Spillman for about six years and they were great neighbors and friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with them, visiting and listening to stories. Later on watching Chuck zip around on his red scooter, dogs following him around the neighborhood. Your mom being so kind to our young daughter, and everyone else. We're better for having had that experience and we cherish those memories. God bless you and your families.

We lived next to Florence & Chuck for 5 years on Spillman and they are the best neighbors we ever had.  Whenever we smell we lighter fluid we say, "Smells like Florence is barbecuing!" because she really went for it.  They always were laughing and smiling and we are so grateful for the time we had with them.

Our deepest sympathy to your family on the loss of your mother.  Treasure the memories.  Each Christmas when you hear a bell ring, that is your mom letting you know she is thinking of you and is there in spirit.

I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Farber was a long time friend and neighbor of my moms. Now they will be neighbors again.

A part of my childhood has been lost. Mrs. Farber was one of our "Mom's". For those growing up today, you have no idea of what it was like having so many mom's in the neighborhood all looking out for you and ready to give you an earful if you did something wrong. Then when you got home, you got it again because she would let your mom know what you did. Looking back, it was the best of times growing up like that. There are so many memories that I have of her as I grew up. The countless times she drove us to the pool or the movies. Dinner with the Farber family. Putting up with us as we played in the house. Having Mrs Farber look out for us is a memory I have always cherished. I'm sad to hear of her passing and wish you all my best in this difficult time. She will be missed.

Flo was always a pleasure to visit with during family gatherings and had an infectious laugh.  I've especially enjoyed keeping in contact with her since recently adopting her little dog Buddy and her knowing he would be spoiled rotten.  My heart aches for the Farber family for there is no deeper pain than losing a Mother but precious memories of her will always keep our hearts full.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
