Gloria was born on November 26, 1928 to Beda and Rudolph Sellstrom of Round Rock, Texas. Gloria married Clifford Warren on September 3, 1946, and they were happily married for 70 years until his departure in August of 2016. Gloria had a long career at the IRS and moved to Pflugerville from Austin after retirement. Gloria was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her family and numerous friends. Gloria was a devoted member of her congregation at the First Baptist Church of Pflugerville. She and Clifford both enjoyed their church community and participated as much as possible. Both Clifford and Gloria were always willing to give a donation for their church community.
Gloria is preceded in death by her husband, Clifford J. Warren; brothers, George and Jim
Sellstrom; sister, Ginger Springer; daughter-in-law, Cynthia Warren; and grandson, Kristofer Warren.
Gloria is survived by her sons, Ronald & Joe Warren; grandchildren, Rachel and husband Miguel Sosa and Courtney Warren; great-grandchildren, Dakota Bates, Gavriel Sosa, Emily, Aramae, and Brea Warren.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Pflugerville, 306 10th Street with funeral services immediately following at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Gloria’s memory can be made to the First Baptist Church of Pflugerville.
