Hector R Cruz-Aedo Jr.

Hector Rolando Cruz-Aedo Jr., a devoted husband and loving father, passed away after a month-and-a-half-long battle with illness. Born in Austin, Texas, Hector was the son of Hector Cruz-Aedo and Leticia Jimenez. He leaves behind his wife, Charlean Cruz-Aedo, and his 5-year-old son, Charles Cruz-Aedo.

Hector owned and operated his own lawn care business in Spring, Texas. Hector loved spending time outdoors surrounded by nature. He found joy in listening to Houston rappers such as Big Pokey, Pimp C, Bun B, and UGK, and he never missed a chance to cheer on the University of Texas Longhorns.

Described as chill, laid-back, and easygoing, Hector had a gift for building lifelong friendships. His warm personality and genuine kindness left an indelible mark on everyone he met. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A memorial service for Hector will be held Saturday, February 15, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Cook Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 N. IH 35, TEXAS 78660.
