She married Domingo Ortiz on January 12, 1952. He preceded her in death. Isabelle was a homemaker. She raised two children and was a loving grandmother and great-grandmother.
Survivors include her son, Paul Ortiz of Grand Prairie; her daughter, Julia Johnson of Granbury; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
An hour of visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2020 immediately followed by a funeral service beginning at 3:00 p.m. in The Memorial Chapel of Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas. The committal service will then take place in Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
