

The daughter of Herbert and Effie Mae Storch, Judy was born October 9th 1940 and lived as resident of Austin, Texas for the majority of her life. Judy was a sister, nurse, wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother, in that order of her full and unique life.
The wife of a Colonel in the United States Army, she was able to travel the world, see many things and share her experiences with all who cared to listen. On numerous occasions, often with her children in tow, she could be found at all manner of destinations in Europe, including Germany, Spain, Italy, France, England, Austria & Switzerland; the woman was everywhere.
Judy taught her two sons so much, exposed them to this wondrous world of culture and diversity, giving them the best she had to help make them the men they are today. Judy rarely missed a ballgame or an award ceremony and always encouraged her sons to be at their best.
As a Registered Nurse, she was known for her caring, compassionate nature and her ability to start an IV on literally anyone. Judy truly could do it all. She baked custom cakes, made costumes for a variety of activities and was also well known as a magnificent party hostess.
As a member of Hyde Park Baptist Church she was active in the choir & sang literally all over the world, including Israel, Egypt, and even for two sitting Presidents!
Grammy, as she was known to her grandchildren & great grandchildren, was loved and adored by many. She is survived by her sons Christopher and Carlton Anderson, her brother Dennis Storch, numerous grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, populating the state that she loved.
Judy/Mom/Grammy/Auntie J was, is and will always be loved!
