

He was born in Hobbs, New Mexico, on January 20, 1962. Mark graduated from Hobbs High School and went on to receive his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Accounting from the College of the Southwest. He married Joyce Bowdre on August 22, 1987. Mark worked and had a career in Accounting and Fitness.
He was a member of Westside Church of Christ. Mark had a passion for God, his family, teaching God’s word, encouraging others, fishing, eagles/hawks (birds!) and the Washington Commanders.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Bobbie Jean (Jackson) Dilworth, his father, Robert L. Dilworth and his brothers, Stephen Dilworth and Gary Dilworth.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Joyce, and children, Adam, Amariss and Adrian and granddaughter, Anastasia; sisters, Debra Crusoe (Michael), and Lynn Jackson (Randy); sisters-in-law, Ruby Dilworth (Gary), Glynda Bechdel (Emerald), LeNora Devine and Laurie Bowdre, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
A visitation for Mark will be held Friday, May 23, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 N. Interstate 35 in Pflugerville. He will be laid to rest at a graveside service on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery. Following the interment, a memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home.
