Mary Jo McGowan “Jo”, our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, collected her wings and flew to join her Savior on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at the age of 66. She was born on July 2, 1949 in Blairsville, Georgia and adopted by Thomas Preston and Mary W. Dewberry at the age of 9.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandsons, Ryan Vern Dukette and Ryan Christopher Harris. She leaves behind children: Monica Dukette and husband Shayne, Thomas Harris and wife Keisha, and Melinda Milligan; 5 grandchildren: Amber Dukette Kralik, Brianna Harris, Kylie Harris, Samantha Milligan and Travis Reinhart; 3 great grandchildren: Ryan F. Kralik, Neveah Smith, and Joel Strahan.
