Norma Jean Kinney

Norma was born June 6, 1933 in Newell, West Virginia to Clyde Emerson and Nettie Eudora Freeland Baker. She is survived by her brother, Clyde Baker Jr and his wife Joyce Baker; her first husband, John George (Jack) Kinney Jr. and their three children, Debra Jean Kinney Wickwire and her husband Douglas Earl Wickwire, David Lee Kinney and his wife Patricia No El Kinney, and Ronald Wayne Kinney and his fiancé Geraldine Elaine Jackson; eight grandchildren, Ryan Joseph Wickwire and his wife Mylla Jaylynn Wickwire, Bradley Scott Wickwire and his wife Stephanie Ann Wickwire, David Dwayne Kinney and his wife Demi Michelle Kinney, Kimberlee Renee Oswald, Terra Marie Lucas and her husband Sean Raymond Lucas, LeeAnne Nicole Ballard and her husband Lee O’Daniel Ballard III, Kristopher Wayne Kinney and his wife Kristen Kay Kinney, and Jessica Arlene Wilfong and her husband Blake James Wilfong; nineteen great grandchildren, and preceded in death by her brothers Ralph Baker and Arza Baker, and sister Virginia Baker Speece and their spouses, along with her daughter-in-law Keisha Marie Kinney and great grandson James David.

Her Celebration of Life will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 15, 2021 at Crestview Baptist Church in Georgetown, Texas with Pastor Dan Wooldridge officiating. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden/Capital Park Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Celebrate Recovery program at Crestview Baptist Church in Georgetown.
