

Paul was born in Port Arthur, Texas on December 25, 1940. Paul graduated from Knippa High School and attended Blinn College and Texas A & M University. He married Connie (Foreman) Noack on January 25, 1963 in Baytown, Texas.
In his earlier years, he worked for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Houston, Baytown, Victoria, Conroe and Crockett, Texas as a credit manager and store manager. He also worked for the Attorney General’s Office in Austin, Texas as an Investigator. He spent his retirement years doing many, many hours of historical research on Texas Cattle Trails. He served as the President of the Great Western Cattle Trail Association of Texas. His passions included cattle trail research and genealogy research for family and friends. He opened his business, American Family Research, and also handled adoption and genealogy projects. Paul loved to polka in his younger years and enjoyed talking to people – even strangers – in general. He was a wonderful cook and specialized in cooking gumbo. He had a wonderful, outgoing personality, loved food and his Wendish/German heritage, and all his Noack cousins and other family members. He was also passionate about opera and classical music. He was a life-long Lutheran and served as a Stephen Minister.
Paul is preceded in death by his parents, Willibaldt Noack and Ineta Noack, and sister, Dorothy Noack Holifield. Those left behind to cherish his memory include his beloved wife, Connie Foreman Noack; sister-in-law, Charlotte Gregory and brother-in-law, Jerry Gregory; nephews, Billy Holifield (Audra), Shawn Gregory (Michelle), Seth Gregory (Angie), Michael Foreman, and Jeremy Foreman (Rebecca); great-nephews, Blain Gregory, Noah Gregory, Zeke Gregory, Blake Holifield and Bradley Holifield; great-great-nephews, Braylin Watson and Tristan Bryan; and great-nieces, Caroline Gregory (Bryan Horn), Kerri Giberson (Josh) and Karley Gregory; and great-great-nieces, Grace Gregory and Ruth Gregory.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. He will be laid to rest at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
