

Paulette was born in Camden, AR to Carolyn Marcyes and the late Myron Gay. She moved to Texas when she was young with her mother. She was a stay at home mom when her children were young and while she was married. Speaking of marriage she was married to Ambrosio C. Trujillo for ten years, then later divorced. Paulette had worked for the Pig Stand in SA, FISD and Connally Memorial Medical Center previously known as Wilson Memorial Hospital in Floresville, Texas. She resided in Floresville for 30 years.
Paulette is preceded in death by Albert Spencer, Pauline Spencer and Myron Gay. Survived by her children, daughter, Jacque (Gay) Haun of Ladson, South Carolina, daughter Amber (Trujillo) Lammons - Melvin E. Lammons of Pflugerville, TX and son Andrew C. Trujillo - Jena Trujillo of North Pole, Alaska. Her mother Carolyn J. (Marcyes) Hill. Paulette had one older brother, Donald L. Gay of Houston, TX, younger sisters Tandy Gay of San Antonio, TX and Angela (Hill) Silkman - Michael J. Silkman of New Braunfels, TX. Paulette had four grandchildren Shawn Haun, Spencer Haun, Caitlyn Lammons and Alyxie Lammons. She had several nieces and nephews, but one that was like a daughter to her was Foulynn J. Smith of New Braunfels, TX.
