Richard L. Combs, 82, of Pflugerville, Texas passed away August 4, 2017.
Richard was born in Bedford, Indiana to Chalmer and Charlette Combs.
Richard enjoyed boating and also American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Teshia Combs of 50 years; his children, Teresha, Richard Allen and Tammy; his two step-sons, Michal Roberts and Kelly Roberts; his grandchildren, Mark, Grant, Brad and Craig; and his great-grandson, Jack Oliver Roberts.
