He attended Crockett High School and Austin Community College. He worked at Enterprise Car Rental which he enjoyed very much. He also worked for Domino's Pizza.
He is survived by his father, John Billingsley, stepmother Betty, stepsister Carolyn Rodriguez of Georgetown and her sons, Caleb and Ethan, and his stepsister, Dawn Hensley of Alvin, Texas.
He will be buried at a later date in North East Texas where is mother, Florence, is buried.
