Steven "Steve" C. Hibbs, Jr. & Patrick Lee Hibbs

Steven (Steve) Carroll Hibbs, Jr., 53, of Cedar Park, Texas passed away on February 2, 2025. Steve was born on November 22, 1971, in Austin, Texas to parents Steven Carroll Hibbs, Sr., and Mary Lou (Boecker) Hibbs of Manor, Texas. He grew up in a large extended family with loving grandparents, aunts and uncles, and cousins. On June 24, 1994, he married Heather Reich of Austin, Texas and was the loving and devoted dad to his three sons, the delight of his life. His strong Christian faith was his strength throughout his life.

Steve enjoyed a challenging and rewarding career as a microchip designer, working at various companies around the country. He particularly enjoyed his work and colleagues at Cirrus Logic, his current employer.

Steve is survived by his wife Heather Hibbs; his sons Shaun Hibbs and Camron Hibbs; his mother Mary Lou Newman and husband Terry; his sister Tracy (Hibbs) McKee and husband Steve; aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his dad and his son Patrick Hibbs; grandparents J.C. and Dorothy Hibbs, and August and Ruby Boecker.

A visitation for Steven will be held Friday, February 21, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Ih-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660. A private funeral service and interment will be held for the family.
