I just learned this morning of Tracy's passing, nearly two years to the day.

What a guy.  I remember him telling me of his budding Major League Baseball career as a pitcher, until he "got the sugar," as he put it.  We both shared stories about Type I diabetes.  He was active as can be, and I admired his volunteerism and giving spirit.  He explained and re-explained finance concepts to me, patiently.

Had I known of his passing at the time, I would have joined you all in saying goodbye to him.  I join you all now in remembering him and renewing prayers for his family, those still among us and those who have joined the choir of angels.

RIP, brother; we shared some funny stories and a lot of good talks, and while mine contained whining in them, yours never did.  You were truly mighty and knew you were blessed.  May the peace of God you already know continue to heal us.

Tracy was one of my closest friends growing up in new castle. He was the face of sandlot sports in our era and was a leader in every aspect of life. Earth may have lost him but I'm sure heaven has gained an angel.

 My wife and I met tracy and kimberly shortly after their daughter passed. WE met him at the place where he now rests. my dad and my nephew are just a few spaces away, for over a year and a half he made that corner area a wonderful spot--a pplace to come to that could be comfortable. he took care of my family plots and neverasked for anything in return. I ran into him  just about every sunday as did my son and other family members. He was one of the best people i have ever met. his passing has not only shocked me but has put a sadness in my soul.  i know that god has received him into his kingdom. it cannot be no other way.  i know that kimberly has a few health problems of her own and i don't know if she can care for the plots where tracey and her daughter  now rest or if there is anyone else to do it, but as long as i'm above ground--their  resting area will hurt for nothing. he did this for my family and i will do it for him. our condolences and prayers go out to kimberly and his family.if there is anything we can do we can  be reached at 512-250-8182.

I would like to express my deepest condolences to the McGary family.  I met Kim and Tracy at the cemetary. He asked if he could lay sod on my husbands grave and he kept it watered. I could never thank him enough. I was so sad to see that he had passed at my most recent visit to the cemetary.  He was such a kind man. My prayers are with you.

My thoughts and prays go out to all of the McGary family.  We always knew it was the weekend when Tracy would call for his Spaghetti and meatballs.  We are sadened to hear of your lose.

I did retire from Motorola a few years ago, and had the privilage of knowing Tracy.  He was a wonderful person and a pleasure to be around. I would like to say how sorry I am to learn of his passing and express my sorrow to Kimberly, Justin, Scott and Fredrick, along with other family members. God Bless you all. Tracy grew up on the same street as we did in New Castle, PA.  He was a fun loving kid who was always smiling. When he came back to New Castle as an adult, one of his stops was the Eat 'N Park resturant.  My husband taught French at Ne Ca Hi and every Wednsday some of the retired  male faculty meet there for breakfast.  When Tracy was in town he made a point to be there on Wednesday and eat breakfast with his former teachers. He also took care of the bill as a thank you  to each of them for their part in his education.

Jim P. and I were just talking about our good friend Tracy.  We both said we needed to give him a call.  This hurts.  He was one of the really good guys in the Motorola Accounting group.  My condolences to his family.

Tracy was a dear lifelong friend..from riding mini-bikes & sledriding in the woods as kids to experiencing life on our own at Arizona State or catching up as adults at Edwards when we both happened to be back in New Castle at the same time or just a quick phone call.  He will be missed by many but  for me as well as all those who knew Tracy, memories of him will always bring a smile...May His Memory Be Eternal

I had the opportunity to work with Tracy and was touched by his kind spirit. We shared many good times and consoled each other when times were difficult. May the lord bless his spirit and guide him on his path home.

The staff at the cafe at Freescale would like to send their condolences.  Tracy made our day when he would come to the cafe, always had a smile and a kind word.  We will deeply miss seeing him everyday.

I was saddened to learn of Tracy's passing. He was a wonderful man, very beloved within the Motorola/Freescale family. His easy laugh, playful sense of humor, his genuine love for people & putting them at ease made him a favorite in the Finance Dept, as well as with us buyers in Supply Management. You, his family, meant the world to him!

Kim, you & Tracy rented my parents' house in RR. I remember how considerate and appreciative Tracy was, and what a lovely couple you & he made. Three of the pictures I just viewed were taken there on Long Meadow.

My sincerest condolences to the McGary family.  Tracy was a wonderful man.  It was obvious he valued family and friends above all else.  I have worked with him for many years.  Tracy was very influential to me in my first years at Motorola.  He always made time to coach the new guy even though I wasn't even in his group.  He coached me on how to not get caught up in the politics, to put things in the right perspective, and to just roll with it.  My fondest memories of Tracy will always be our trash talking during the week before the finance basketball games.  I knew he would school me, but it was always worth the laugh and seeing his determination to shut me down.  I smile today as I reflect on the need for him to "burn an oxygen stick" between games and to still come out and show this kid in his 20's a thing or 2.  I am a better man for knowing him and I thank God for allowing me the opportunity to know him.

Tracy was a good friend to his Motorola and Freescale colleagues. He and I shared a passion for basketball and talked about the game often. Tracy was a referee at several of my son's games and was always fair and helpful. Tracy will be missed.

Kim, So sorry to hear of the loss of Tracy. He was a good friend and neighbor when we were growing up in New Castle. His loss has been felt in his hometown. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during these tough times.
