Vichet Tran passed away the morning of February 7, 2013 at the age of 27 after a long battle with cancer. He was born on September 25, 1985 in Austin, Texas and has remained a true Austinite at heart. You could always find Chet singin' with his headphones on, gettin' down on the dance floor at his favorite bar, Plush, or stuffing his face with his favorite foods. During his last few months, he was surrounded by loved ones who came to share and cherish all the memories they were blessed to have with him and he was able to spend his final moments with his close family and two best friends. He has gained incredible wisdom and knowledge as if he has lived 100 years and has inspired others with his strength, spirituality and positive outlook on life and also death. You are now at peace, Vich, and you can finally meet your "babygirl", Aaliyah.
