

Wally joined the US Army and was stationed in Germany. When he returned to the states, he studied at The University of Texas before starting a career in the banking, savings, and loan business. He was also a man of faith; he was a dedicated member of Cedar Park Church of Christ.
Wally was a kind and loving husband and father. He loved fishing, watching or playing sports, taking pictures, and spending time with his family. All who had the privilege of knowing him will miss him dearly.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Rayford and Pauline Robinson; grandparents, Ira and Leona Gazaway; brother, Hugh Daniel Robinson; and nephew, Robby Robinson.
Left behind to cherish his legacy is his wife, Helen Hodde Robinson; daughter, Stephanie Alana Robinson; brother, Michael Robinson (Peggy); sister-in-laws, Betty Robinson, Mary Hodde Richter (Davis); nieces, Julie (Grant), Jill (Byran), Jenny (Damon), Judy Robinson, Kim (Alan), and Cheryl (Robert); nephews, Danny (Wendy), Chris (Tammy); many great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and special friend, Rita Hill.
A memorial service will begin at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 27, 2023 in The Charles Walden Room of Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home.
