William Richard “Rick” Jones, 63, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2016, surrounded by his children and mother. Rick was born on October 3, 1952 and was a resident of Austin and surrounding areas.
He was preceded in death by his father Wilton “Boots” Jones, brother Trenton Jones and first wife Debbie Jones.
Rick graduated from Round Rock High School and shortly thereafter joined Ironworkers Local 482, where he was an active member for over 25 years, until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and helping his family and friends.
Rick is survived by his children, son Chad Jones & Kim, daughter Shana Jones & Michael, mother Doris Reneau Jones, brother Wilton “Boy” Jones & Joy, five grandchildren and numerous friends.
Graveside services will be held at 3:30, Saturday February 6, 2016 at the Cook-Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home and Cemetery, 14501 North IH-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
