It is with a sad heart to say that Andrew (Andy), Peña our brother, uncle, cousin and friend passed away unexpectedly on May 14th, 2018. Everyone who knew Andy always felt that they were special because of the way he treated them. He loved going to Laughlin and Las Vegas, playing bingo, and slots until the wee morning hours. He was an outstanding hair stylist. He is joining his mother Lily Peña Lugo, step-father Fred Lugo, father William C Peña and Larry Perez. He is survived by his brother Bill Peña, sister in-law Rosalie, nephew Bill Jr. Sister Cecilia (Sheila) Murrieta brother in-law Lupe, nieces Cate, Lesley, and Debora. His life celebration will be held at the Best Funeral Services, 501 East Dunlap, Phoenix, AZ 85020 on Sat. June 16th, 2018, starting at 10 AM with a rosary at 10:30 AM and a continued gathering after the service. A special thanks to our dear friend Samantha Domingues and family.
