Barbara Louise Wight

August 2, 1933 to October 25, 2015

Barb lived a full life until noon on Sunday morning. She was watching her beloved Patriots who were her second favorite team. The Boston Red Sox were her number one favorite team to watch and follow and she loved it when they finally won the World Series in 2004 and then twice more. She enjoyed reading, gambling, and most of all golf. She was born in Newton, Massachusetts to Ralph and Edith Wight and often reminisced about times with her family when she was growing up, her Mom, Dad, Julie, Lois, Chet and baby Charlotte who she is now joining in heaven and all of them are together again. Barb is survived by her nieces and nephews; Sherry Kilduff and her husband Kevin who live in Arizona, Dana Wellington and his wife Kathy, Nancy Ghiloni and her husband Fred, John Wellington Jr. and his wife Julie, Judy Wellington and wife Lee, Gary Wellington and wife Stephanie, David Wellington, Karen Wight and her husband Don and Michael Wight all who live on the East Coast. Also her brother-in-law John Wellington and sister-in-law Marianne Wight as well as several grand nephews and nieces also from the East Coast.

There will be visitation from 10:30 to 11: am followed by a gravesite ceremony at 11:15 am at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary 200 West Beardsley Road Phoenix, Arizona.
