

Tuba City, AZ. He graduated from Wasatch Academy, Mt. Pleasant, UT and earned a Bachelor of Science
in Civil Engineering, New Mexico State University, Las Cruces. He began his career with the Bureau of
Indian Affairs, Fort Apache Agency in Whiteriver, AZ and Western Regional Office in Phoenix, AZ. His
latest employment was with AME Electric here in Phoenix. He loved his family, fishing, music,
rebuilding his suburban, lifted trucks and strumming his guitar.
Bernie is survived by his loving wife Marchelle (Shelly) Lumpmouth Webster; children, James L.
Webster, Robert M. Frizzell and Tricia A. Frizzell; brother, Bruce J. Webster and parents, Bernie Sr. (Jim)
and Stella Webster. He will be missed by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other loved ones. He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Isabelle P. Singer and Lee Phoenix, Sr., and paternal
grandparents Opal Syms and James K. Webster, Sr. Services will be held February 22nd, 2021 with
visitation from 11AM to 1PM. The memorial service beginning at 1PM (capacity 25) followed by
gravesite service (capacity 50), located at Phoenix Memorial Park and Cemetery 200 West Beardsley
Road, Phoenix, AZ.
