He immigrated from China when he was a young boy to northern California. His travels brought him to Arizona where he met and married his wife Hazel and together they raised her three daughters and their son Clay.
Together, they built a wonderful life. Working side by side in their family owned grocery store with Bing also working part time in the evenings as a cook at The Islands Restaurant to ensure a future for their children and for themselves in retirement.
Bing was a wonderful, wonderful cook and enjoyed making so many meals for family and friends. His interests included reading, football and being interested in real estate.
He is predeceased by his wife of 54 years, Hazel H. Fong, grandson Aaron J. Vauthier, his parents, three brothers and one sister. Bing is survived by son Clay; daughters, Carrol (David) Simmons, Elaine (David) McClain, and Janet Mar. Bing is also survived by six grandchildren, John, Jacob, Stephanie, Jimie, CJ and Bryce. Bing also is survived by eight great grandchildren: Jade, Jazmin, Kamren, Jayden, Isabella, Payton, Joshua and Mayvyn.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 27th @10:00 am at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary with Funeral Services to follow.
