Brian was born in Richmond Heights, Missouri to Barbara AND Roy Van Dyke. He was the third of four children.
In high school. Brian ran track and long distance for which he received many awards and ribbons. He attended University of Missouri at Rolla where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrrical Engineering.
Brian moved to Phoenix, Arizona in June of 1979 to work at Sperry which eventually was bought by Honeywell.
Brian worked on many aircraft programs and served in many Engineering Management roles dring his 33 year career and retired in January of 2013.
Brian's hobbies included fishing, golfing, horse racing, and vacations in Jamaica and the Carribean. He enjoyed working on major improvement projects at his cabins in Prescott and Munds Park, where he loved to escape the Phoenix heat. Once retired, he continued his home improvement projects, golfing with friends and spending time with his devoted dog KayDee. Brian is survived by his brother Jim sisters Linda and Dawn and his loving wife Michelle whom he met in 1999 and married in November of 2011.
A life cut too short but a life well lived!
Brian was 59.
