Age 86, passed away on July 20, 2021 in Phoenix, Arizona. Carl was born on September 25, 1934 at 19th Avenue and Campbell on his father’s farm and was the last of nine children. Carl went to Buckeye Grammar School and then went on to Buckeye High School where he played football. He met his wife to be on his dad’s farm where she bought fresh milk daily. After his father was killed by lightening while bringing in cattle from the pasture, they went ahead with their plans on getting married just two weeks later. And to them, was born four sons. Carl will be greatly missed by his beloved wife, Merrell (Shoop); four children, Rodney, Robert, Gene and Danny Sutter.
