Demetrio Escobedo retired from the U. S. Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant. Demetrio is preceded in death by his wife of more than 50 years, Rose Marie Escobedo. He is survived by his daughter Gwen Richardson, son James Escobedo, daughter-in-law Marya Escobedo, Grandchildren, Brandon Richardson his wife Tiffany, Shawn Richardson his wife Erica, Chad Richardson, Brook Escobedo, Alexis Escobedo, and Morgan Escobedo. Great-Grandchildren, Ravyn Richardson, Kyndahl Richardson, and Chloe Richardson. He loved enchiladas and worked wonders in the kitchen. He also had a great love for his family. He greatly enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and shared with them his passion for cooking by, among other things, teaching them how to make excellent tortillas. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 6 at 10:30 AM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd. Phoenix.
