Donald is survived by his children Donald M. Hovorka, Theresa (Hovorka) Thiele, and Marlene M. Hovorka. He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Ann (Cwiok) Hovorka and brother’s James Hovorka, Earl Hovorka, and Kenneth Hovorka. Donald was born on April 6th, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois to James C. Hovorka and Josephine P. (Cwiok) Hovorka
A Mass Funeral is scheduled for 10:30 am on October 23, 2017 at Saint Joseph’s Church, 11001 N. 40th Street, Phoenix, AZ. 85028 with burial at 12:30pm at National Memorial Cemetery, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ. 85024.
