Doris Lee Dennhardt, 77, passed away June 14, 2013 in Mesa, Arizona. She was born March 9,1936 near Crowell Texas. She was a long time Valley of the Sun resident, as she came to Phoenix with parents Roy L Morris and Opal Lee (Canup) Morris while in high-school. She graduated from Phoenix Union High School in 1954.
Over the years she wore many hats but it was real estate she loved most. She achieved multi-million dollar producer status for many years while at Realty Executives and truly knew there was nothing she couldn’t get sold. She was always a very generous person who adored her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Later in life she took up the hobby of painting and became quite good at it. She was also an avid bridge player. She will be missed by many who came to know her over the years.
Doris is preceded in death by her parents and leaves behind her three children, Ernest, Laurie, and Julie and many grand and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Edward (Buddy) Morris.
A memorial service will be Thursday, June 20, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Greenwood Memory Lawn 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ.
