Doyle Ray Johnson, Jr., 57, passed away November 8, 2017 at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born November 27,1959 in Phoenix to Doyle R. Johnson, Sr. and Helen D. Mithlo Johnson. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 12:00pm, Monday, November 27, 2017 at Encanto Park, 2605 N. 15th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona in the Ramada by the main parking lot, just North of Encanto Blvd on 15th Avenue. The Johnson family entrusted final arrangements to Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 N. 27th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85009.
