Edgar Carroll Simmons, was born on April 23, 1930 in Curry County, New Mexico to Annie and Carroll Simmons and passed away on September 21, 2013 in Phoenix, Arizona. He married his beloved wife Carol Lee 63 years ago and together they raised three children, Lauri, Leigh and Jim along with four grandchildren. He was the most wonderful husband and Father and always placed his family first. He spent four years in the United States Air Force and upon his return he went to work for Los Angeles City Water and Power Company and eventually became a Supervisor. There are no services planned at this time.
