

Frances “Cica” Napoleon, age 70, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Born to Raymond and Onofre “Faye” Napoleon on November 27, 1954, in Phoenix. She was a proud Arizona native whose vibrant spirit touched everyone she met.
Frances was hardworking, creative, and a passionate camper who found joy in nature and adventure. She cherished her family deeply and took immense pride in being “Ama” to Maximus and Madison, who brought her endless love and happiness.
Frances retired from Honeywell after 18 years of dedicated service, where she formed many lifelong friendships that remained close to her heart. She was also a devoted caregiver to her mother, Faye Napoleon, offering unwavering love and support. Many would say Faye had her own personal stylist.
Frances is survived by her son, Vincent (Kaleigh) and her two grandchildren Maximus and Madison, as well as her brothers, Raymond Jr. (Patty) and Ralph (Maria). She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who love her dearly.
Frances was a guiding light to her family, and no words can express how profoundly she will be missed. Her memory will forever live on through shared stories, laughter, and the love she poured into the lives around her.
A Rosary service will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at A.L. Moore–Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 West Bethany Home Road, Phoenix, AZ 85013. A funeral service will follow from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
Frances will be laid to rest the same day, Friday, December 19, 2025, with a graveside service from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM at Saint Francis Cemetery, 2033 N. 48th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008.
