MSgt Francis “Ben” Mitchell, of Eagle River, Alaska, passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona. He was preceded in death by his wife, Grace; his son, Steven; and his daughter, Brenda.
He is survived by his daughter, Patricia (David); his son, Tom (Sandra); his daughter-in-law, June; his son-in-law, Timothy; 10 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
