Glennon V Schwent

Glennon V. Schwent returned to His Heavenly Father on May 29, 2012. He was born on July 31, 1925 in St. Genevieve, Missouri and moved to Arizona in 1956. Glen was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Rose Marie (Castañeda) Schwent and is survived by his sisters Reva O’Donohue and Mary Beth Basler, both of St. Louis, MO. He will be dearly missed by his children: Vince, Carl, Denice (Charlie), Kenneth (Sheryl), Joyce (Joe), Mark (Amalia), and all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation hours are from 5-8 p.m., with the Rosary at 6:30 p.m. on June 1, 2012 at Carr-Tenney Mortuary, 2621 S. Rural Rd. in Tempe. The Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 2121 S. Rural Rd., in Tempe on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Graveside Services following at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1562 E. Baseline Rd., Mesa.
