Gloria Morrissey, 88, of Cave Creek, AZ, passed away January 31, 2015. She was born in New Haven, CT, on April 25, 1926. Gloria graduated from Hill House High School and received a BS in Education from New Haven Teachers College and a MA in Education from Cal. State University Long Beach. She was married to James Morrissey on August 18, 1955. Gloria worked in education as a teacher and administrator for the Long Beach Unified School District California. She was a member of many professional and church organizaions including Delta Kappa Gama and Catechism Education and had a passions for cooking, travel, and her family. She was survived by her husband James Morrissey, son James Morrissey, grandson Thomas Morrissey and sister Rita Matazzaro.
