

Harry William Seeger, 85, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on May 28, 2012. Harry was born in Menomonie, Wisconsin and grew up in Boyceville, Wisconsin. After graduating from high school, he joined the US Navy. Harry married Betty Peterson on April 23, 1950 and in 1956, moved his family to Arizona. He was employed by the Carnation Milk Company for 32 years, serving in a number of positions. Harry enjoyed life and people. He started each day at 5 AM with a cup of coffee and conversation with friends at McDonald's. He was fascinated by automobiles and machinery. Harry loved to go 4 - wheeling with his friend Bob. He liked "hanging out" with new neighbor Paul and over the years, formed a strong bond of friendship with Paul and his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Betty of 62 years; daughter Debra Favour (Jock); son Mark (Lupita); five grandchildren, Anna Favour, Amy Meixensperger (Brian), Humberto Seeger, Jesus and Esteban Luzania; five great grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters and many dear friends. Memorial services will be at 1 PM on Saturday, June 9th at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 1500 W. Maryland Ave., Phoenix, AZ, with a reception following. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Harry's memory to Mission of Mercy, 1741 E. Morten Ave., Suite #C2, Phoenix, AZ 85020.
