

Our beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and boyfriend, Hector Aaron Jimenez, at age 49, entered into eternal peace unexpectedly on Thursday, February 22, 2018 in Phoenix, AZ. Hector was born on September 19, 1968 in San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora, Mexico. He was raised in Holbrook, AZ. He graduated from Holbrook High School in 1988. Hector was employed with Safeway for 16 years.
Hector is survived by his Mother Carmen Perez Jimenez, stepfather Jose Limon Arce, three daughters Brezhell Antoinette Jimenez, Hermelinda Charlene Jimenez, and Brittney Nicole Jimenez, and their Mother Charlene Coronado. Four grandchildren, Roman Billy Candelaria, Alaya Dani Candelaria, Logan Collins, and Aaron Hector Jimenez. Two brothers Carlos P. Jimenez, Elisandro “Alex” Jimenez, and three sisters Sildayni Jimenez de Medina, Sandra M. Jimenez, and Carmen Z. Jimenez. Eighteen nieces and nephews, twenty one great nieces and nephews, and his girlfriend, Marina Mora. He also leaves behind extended family, friends and loved ones.
Hector struggled many years with heart issues but it never interfered with his love for life, family, and friends. He was strong willed, courageous, and determined to receive a heart transplant and continue on with his love for life. He loved music, spending time with family, sports, barbeques, and vacationing. His sense of humor, positive attitude, and infectious smile will live on in our memories and in our hearts forever.
A visitation for Hector will be held Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Greer-Wilson Chapel, 5921 W. Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85033. The services will be held on February 28, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Greer-Wilson Chapel. Immediately following a procession to Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 9925 W. Thomas Road, Avondale, Arizona 85392.
