Isidro Perez

It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of Isidro Pérez, affectionately known as “Slim,” who departed this life on July 23, 2025, at the age of 79.

Isidro was born on May 15, 1946, in Mulatos Sonorá, Mexico. In 1974, he made Tolleson Arizona his home, where he built a life grounded in hard work, quiet strength, and a deep love for family. A true self-starter, Isidro was the proud founder of Slim Landscaping, a business that became known not only for its quality work but for the integrity and dedication he brought to every job.

Known to many as “Slim,” he was admired for his humble spirit, warm heart, and strong values. His steady presence, tireless work ethic, and gentle sense of humor left a lasting impact on all who had the honor of knowing him.

He is survived by his beloved son, Isidro Enrique Pérez, who carries forward his father’s legacy with pride and love. Isidro also leaves behind his dear siblings: Edmundo Pérez, Luis Pérez, Leobaldo Perez, Eriselda Pérez, Susana Pérez, Isabel Perez, and Rodrigo Pérez, as well as nieces Marisa Arvizu and Elizabeth Arvizu. Grandchildren Brian and Alexis Perez, and lifelong friends Herlinda Villa.

Though he is no longer with us, Slim’s memory will live on in the stories, laughter, and love shared by those who knew him best.
