Jane Marlene Monell, 75, of Glendale, died May 2, 2012. Jane was born May 30, 1936 in Garland, TX, graduated High School in Tucson, AZ and attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth before moving to the Valley in 1963. Jane is survived by her husband of 43 years, Richard Monell, three sons, Mark (Karen) Monell of Glendale, Patrick (Jackie) Monell of Phoenix, Ryan (Charman) Monell of Wray, Colorado and ten beautiful grandchildren. Jane worked in finance all her life and for Western Funding Financial for about 20 years. She was an avid supporter of the Cardinals and reveled in her children's and grandchildren's sports and academic achievements. She is forever going to be loved & missed. She was incredibly stubborn for all the right reasons and adorably loving. Jane was the smartest woman in the world, she would always help people no matter what, all they had to do was ask. Memorial Service will be held at A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd., in Phoenix, AZ, on Friday, May 11, 2012 at 7:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM.
