Janice Elizabeth Heim

Jan Heim cherished friend of many, passed away September 10, 2015. Jan was born June 21, 1939 to Edmond and Christine Lareau in Worcester, Mass, who prededed her in death. During her career, Jan worked at Blue Cross-Blue Shield. She later went to work at Arizona Bank working at their Data Processing Center and was a vice president in Human Resources. During her career, the bank went through many ownership changes and later became the Bank of America. She also spent time working for the State of Arizona where she ended her career. Later she became involved with the volunteer Auxillary at John C. Lincoln Hospital and enjoyed going to work and helping others. Jan leaves behind her husband Don, sons Jeff Bentley of Kalispell, Montana and John Bentley of Phoenix, three grandchildren Jackson, Sam and Margaret Bentley, her sister Louise Kobold of New River and brother Edmond Lareau of Redwood City, California. Memorial Service will be Saturday, October 3, 2015, 10:00 A.M. at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Rd, Phoenix.
