Jason Scott Polyard passed away unexpectedly on March 19th, 2022. He was at the young age of 33 when the Lord decided to call him home after playing ball which he was most passionate about. On top of Basketball, Jason absolutely loved to make people laugh, but most importantly he loved The Lord Jesus Christ and professed his faith regularly. He came to know God and was very proficient in knowledge of the scriptures. Jason loved his family, for which he had many members. Jason is survived by his Mother, Jacque Starr-Hubert (Paul Hubert), Father, Scott Polyard (Lora Bradley), Sister's, Samantha Starr, Courtney Polyard and Alicia Hubert, as well as many other family and friends. His memory shall always remain in the hearts and laughter of loved ones.
